What we do

Precise Detailing provides paint protection film, ceramic and graphene coating, and paint correction services from a single owner-operated bay in Calgary, AB. All work is performed by appointment by the owner. There are no subcontractors and no off-site work.

Booking and deposits

A confirmed booking holds the bay for the duration of your job. We take a 25% deposit at booking for graphene and PPF jobs over $1,500. The deposit is applied to the final invoice. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, the deposit moves to the new date.

Estimates

Estimates are provided in advance based on the vehicle you describe and the scope of work agreed. Final pricing is locked in at the start of the appointment after a five-minute walk-around. If the inspection reveals work materially different from what was described (significantly more swirling than a standard correction, additional decon required, etc.), we'll show you what we found and quote the difference before doing the work. We won't surprise you on the invoice.

Warranty

Revivify Graphene Pro carries a five-year warranty registered to your VIN through Revivify and shown on your Carfax report. The warranty covers product failure: delamination, oxidation, loss of hydrophobicity. It does not cover physical damage (stone chips, panel impacts, repaints). If a panel needs respraying, the new clear coat needs the coating reapplied, which we'll do at a discount; the rest of the warranty stays intact.

Paint correction work is warrantied for the integrity of the finish on delivery. We will not warranty wash-induced swirling that occurs after the vehicle leaves the bay; that's why we send a maintenance card with every coated vehicle.

Liability

Vehicles are insured under our commercial garagekeeper's policy while on premises. Personal items left in the vehicle remain the owner's responsibility. We strongly recommend removing valuables before drop-off.

Payment

We accept Interac e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Payment is due in full at pickup. Credit card transactions over $1,500 carry a 2.5% processing surcharge.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time forfeit the deposit, since it's the bay we held for that day. Acts of weather, illness, and family emergencies are always handled in good faith; just call.
